[Windows 10] Middle Mouse Button click hardly works

I started having this problem since yesterday. And I bought this mouse (NMouse 4K ZM-M600R Zalman) in December 2016 Near the end. About 4 or 5 days till January 1st.

I mainly play Star Wars Battlefront 2015, and use 3DS Max. I have a key bind to the Middle Mouse click button. When I click this button (In Battlefront) I roll. Simple, but I've noticed yesterday that I don't roll. Hardly at all. And in 3DS Max I use the Middle Mouse button to navigate the Viewport. Again, yesterday it didn't want to work. I also can hardly get tabs to open with the Middle mouse.

I've asked some people, Read online.
Online I got "Clean the mouse, there may be dirt under the mouse wheel button." I took the mouse apart and cleaned it really well. Didn't work, Online also said to uninstall all Mouse Drivers and unplug the mouse and restart the computer and reinstall Mouse Drivers. I did that, still didn't work. Then my friend told me to replace the Middle Mouse Micro Switch, or fix it. I don't really know how to replace it, or fix it and I really don't want to replace my mouse cause I have no money to do so. So I come to these forums to see if anyone has had this similar problem and fixed it.

Should still be under warranty, just get it replaced.
