You should definitely just buy an ATX Mid. Unless you don't have space there is no reason to buy a mini tower.
Even if you don't have as much space buy a mid tower. Mini towers are a pain to assemble, especially once you get a psu and gpu in there.
Its worth noting that even if there is a bit of trouble getting things into that case initially, the only thing that makes it a mini tower is its height. It still fits an ATX board and has the depth of most midtowers because it moves the power supply from under the board to the front of the case.
