Will there be any issues with installing the GTX 570 into my current setup?

Now that my system is getting older, I am looking at upgrading my GPU next, from 2 9600 GT's in SLI (which has been my GPU setup since the building of the computer) to a single GTX 570. It seems to be a good improvement as SLI doesn't give you the 100% performance boost of another card in games anyway.
I was just wondering whether this new card would be bottlenecked by any of the other components?
System Specs:
Motherboard: Asus M3N72-D (Nvidia nForce 750a SLI Chipset)
Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
GPU: 2 Xfx Geforce 9600GT's in SLI mode
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 RAM
HDD's: 1. Western Digital Caviar Velociraptor 74GB (For the OS )
2. Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB (Media Drive One)
3. Western Digital Caviar Green 1.5TB (Media Drive Two)
PSU: Corsair TX750 750 Watt Power Supply
It'll be fine
if you have 2GB of RAM might want to upgrade to 4GB

also make sure you have room in your case
will work fine power supply is perfect, everything OK
Thanks for the reassurance, oh and btw I use 2 2GB sticks of RAM, and the Antec 900 Two case (have measured the case, the card is 10.5" long I believe and that will just fit without rearranging my HDD's)
A quick reminder: the 570 is a dual slot card, meaning that it uses one PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot, but it takes two spots in the back of your case, and is twice as tall as one of your 9600GTs Make sure you do have enough room.
I had a small question here since I'm on topic now. I got this GTX 570 recently and It's working perfectly fine. The only problem I had was this Overclocking problems. Well,Metro 2033 was a graphic hungry hog that requires plenty of graphic juice. I maxed out everything and I get max about 25 FPS. So I overclocked the card and was hoping it would reach 30+. IT DOES REACH 30+ but it was only a short-lived joy(bout 5 mins) as the game crashes and an error saying "Nvidia driver stopped responding and was successfully recovered". I tried again but fail. It's not only metro but other games as well. Is it due to heat or I overclocked beyond the limit? It's ASUS btw and I had the latest driver installed. Some advice?
You could try, you know, turning down a setting or two?
How much did you overclock it?
Make sure that you hang onto one of the 9600s so that you can use it as a dedicated PhysX card

it's probably just because it's unstable

Yer that was my plan. I would be giving one away, removing my tv tuner card (to make room for the double width 570 GTX) and leave the final 9600GT for the PhysX. Might as well now that I have two graphics cards left over from SLI :P

It's called instability and it's caused when someone who doesn't know what they're doing moves sliders around too much.
