So I'd like to start with I don't have money; and this 2-in-1 tablet pc is not upgrade capable. So I've got a 1.33Ghz quad core intel atom cpu. And i have the onboard Intel Bay Trail F-series GPU. I will not be playing crysis; don't troll. anyways im having trouble getting the max out of it for my older games. It doesn't have a simple BIOS; it has a UEFI. In my video settings which seems like a BIOS setup to me; I have GTT size; 1-2 MB; IGD Arpeture size; Pre-Allocated; and Max size. I also have IGD clock gating; and I have IGD turbo options. I cannot figure out the math here. So My current settings are: GTT = 2MB; Arpeture size = 256MB; Pre-Allocated is set to 256MB[to ensure there's no lag for Windows giving up/taking back vRAM on the fly]; Max size is also 256MB, since I don't have a lot of RAM. IGD Turbo...I'm not sure if I need it or if it's smoother without. Also I currently have my Clock Gating off; as it seems to be[from what I understand] to be a power saving thing; but I'm always on charging when playing games. Anyways, if anyone has ANY good advice on the setup, please help. If I've done all I can, that answer will suffice too. Thanks in advance friends.
Real talk, you probably are maxing it out. Its an intel atom, and its not terribly modern anymore, almost 4 years old, and they were not particularly impressive even back then. Your expectations have to be kept in check. The performance you are getting IS probably all its got. And remember, the single core performance on a Atom CPU is mediocre, at best. If you go too old with games, they can only use a single core and can't utilize the other cores.
Yeaahhh... Its an Intel Atom dude, not to be a dick but you are completely shit out of luck.
