Fleet Foxes are a local band from Seattle. They are pretty damn amazing shit. You can most definitely hear some baroque influences in the singing, and it feels like a blend of so many different styles into one. They are also pretty mellow and chill. Some of their songs remind me a bit of The Arcade Fire. Plus their album cover is the shit:
