I have an Intel Pentium 4CPU 3.20GHz Processor, a NVIDIA ION series graphics card, 3 GBs of Ram, Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1, and a 32-bit Operating System.
I'm betting it's just Windows 7 causing the crashing.
Edit: Sorry if this is the wrong section, but the Valve Games and Mod section said not to start a thread for technical problems.
The engine can't find an entry point in the tier0_s.dll, which probably means something is corrupt or isn't updated. Try verifying your game cache and restarting Steam.

Uh, this is Source Filmmaker, not Team Fortress 2. I don't think I can verify it.
Are you talking about Source Recorder? It's the "startmovie" command in the console, which is part of the engine.
Source Filmmaker is using a beta build of TF2 dated back in 2007, and is very unstable.
Re-install using the build program that was provided.
(You really can't ask for help as its an unstable piece of poop that no one has used until two years ago)
