I was wondering if I could hook up two computers.
Like, have both be on, one monitor, but you can both share data and switch between both computers easily. My friends parents have a 2 computer setup and if you press say like "Insert" and "F" it switches to the other computer.
You could do a virtual machine or a kvm switch.

Isn't that for 1 keyboard and 1 mouse across multiple computers with their own monitors? Or how do I work this thing?
Teamviewer would let you control another computer from across the world if the internet is good enough and the specifications on both computers apply
Also a kvm with dvi is more money.

You cant make 2 computers combined into one, but you can run two at the same time and by using the KVM switch as stated can switch between computers by using the same mouse/keyboard/monitor, and in some cases the same sound.
