So I was just casually browsing the net, and my PC blue screened. My PC has BSOD before due to the same error, but that was several months ago, this is the first crash I've had since March this year.
I will provide more information if needed.

If it's related to hardware failure then I could probably guess whats getting bricked.
Generally the rare BSOD isn't anything to be too terribly concerned about, though in your case you've had three BSODs around once every 4 months. The error itself relates to a SATA device connected to your system, likely suggesting it is being caused by the primary HDD/SSD. As such you should try checking the disk for errors/bad sectors using the CHKDSK utility, to do this open an elevated command prompt and type "chkdsk C: /R" where "C:" is the drive letter and "/R" tells it to scan for bad sectors, etcetera and automatically repair them. It may ask you to do it at next boot due to the drive being in use. It also doesn't hurt to try this on your other drives too to verify their integrity..
In some cases this can also be related to bad RAM, as such you should download Memtest86 and put it on a USB or burn it to a disc then boot from it and run the test(s) which may take a while to complete but in theory should rule out the RAM being the cause.
Should also double-check the HDD/SSD's vendor to verify there isn't a critical firmware upgrade to address the issue..
