North Korea said Wednesday that it had cut off a key military hotline with South Korea that allows cross border travel to a jointly run industrial complex in the North, a move that ratchets up already high tension and possibly jeopardizes the last major symbol of inter-Korean co-operation.
North Korea recently cut a Red Cross hotline with South Korea and another with the U.S.-led UN command at the border between the Koreas, but there’s still a hotline linking aviation authorities in the North and South.
This is the 2nd hotline they have cut.
Even when he's on the phone there's always those old guys always hovering around him. Kinda creepy.
Hmm, I remember that being mentioned as one some people said they would never cut back in the thread a couple of weeks ago when they first announced they would be cutting a hotline between the countries.
They already did this a few weeks ago I believe?

Come on man, its says right in the OP.

the chair looks photoshopped
The truth is that Kim jong Un is hungry for hotlines.
And for some headlines as main dish.
Next up is propaganda about GLORIOUS NATION OF NORTH KOREA!
Please don't cut the sex line

Either because those are probably his advisors or those are the people that are really running the country.

you would have to be crazy to think that the military actually runs north korea!

do you doubt the power of the glorious leader?
the chair looks photoshopped
it's just the way the velvety material bounces the light back from the straight-on camera flash. it's that weird material that you can brush down one direction with your hand, then rub with your fingers the opposite direction to draw/write

Kim Jung Un is doing all of this to impress the military and to legitimize his leadership. After this let's hope he becomes a great reformer and greatly improves the freedom and quality of life for the North Korean people... as opposed to starving them and having orgies in a palace.
Holy shit, I think my grandparents used to have the same chair
also added 'again' to the thread title
Why? This article is about cutting the last communication line through the industrial complex.
Not the previous 'official' line.
Didn't you read it?
we need the bad reading rating specifically for daijitsu
we need the bad reading rating specifically for daijitsu
you know I keep asking for that back too
I read
but there’s still a hotline linking aviation authorities in the North and South.
and took it for that
Even when he's on the phone there's always those old guys always hovering around him. Kinda creepy.
The creepy part is no matter what room he is in, it's always empty and bare. Like a jail cell
Even when he's on the phone there's always those old guys always hovering around him. Kinda creepy.
Even when he showers, they're there. Kim Jong Un is just that special to them.

Well, it's not hard to imagine that the guy is just a puppet. It would make sense for the men who are truly in power to hide the fact and put someone else in the spotlight.
Damn, they can't afford to pay their phone bill :/

"Un, you've cut the line, it isn't going to work"
Getting pretty tired of all this North Korea stuff. It's like, one thread about North Korea shows up everyday.
Its almost like a high school breakup.
"I DONT EVER WANT TO TALK TO YOU AGAIN!!!"
the chair looks photoshopped
The flat lighting on that chair is caused by the flash on the camera.
Come on man, its says right in the OP.
My mistake, I swear I saw an article here on FP that they cut the hotline with SK. Must of miss read it.
Didn't some South Korean intelligence source say they probably don't want a war but just want to use all the provocations as an excuse to scare and unite the people?
Makes a whole lot more sense than them going to war against a superpower, not even the most deluded minds could think they stand a chance if they launch a nuke or artillery strike on Seoul. Not even China would defend them and they know this.
I really doubt it's a country where every higher military or political authority is an idiot.
