Earlier he pulled into a cul de sac, stopped, took off his helmet, and waited for cops to arrive then put it back on and sped off, leaving them facing the wrong direction.
well that made my night interesting

There was one a few weeks ago about 45 minutes from there that went for almost 3 hours. At the end the guy just crashes and smokes something in his car for ~15 minutes before surrendering. In fact, I think it's on youtube
