Hey, I just ordered a laptop a few weeks back and I'm still waiting on its arrival. I was thinking, I've had some discomforts playing FPS's on laptops. Do you recommend a gamepad? Or should I just stick with a USB keyboard? I was thinking I might try one out, if so, which?
If you bought a laptop and plan to use a keyboard why not just get a desktop?
i used my XBOX360 controller on my laptop, and yes i suggest it. but i use it on every fps game. not just my laptop.

I built a desktop over the summer, and since I'm out on most of the weekends carrying around my desktop becomes a task. Since It's big and expensive.
Laptop keyboards are fine, you want a mouse to replace the touchpad, though.
