Randomly, my computer decided to switch some settings with my sound to make it so that it trys to remove human voices and amplify background noise, and it does this for everything.
Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Turns out it only affects my headphones. Could they be broken?
Awfully strange way to be broken...
Rule out headphones by seeing if it happens with a pair of speakers. If it still happens, reinstall audio drivers.

It's not happening on my speakers. I added that edit after trying them.
Well it certainly looks like they are indeed broken.
Seeing as it only happens on your headphones, i second that they are broken.
Do you have any applications for sound effects? "Voice Removal" is common in some of these applications, and will try to remove human voice, and boost backround sound.
