I would like to see the Facepunch opinion on Graphics Cards, and what one should I really get. Currently, I have an 8800 GTS 320 Mb. It gets me 100 FPS in TF2 on high, and about 30 in L4D(2). However, the past nVidia drivers that have been coming out have really gone down the shitter. I'm stuttering really bad in games now with the new drivers, and frankly, I don't want to use a nVidia again.
I was looking at the ATI 4780, but I haven't been watching GPU growth for several years. I'm a bit behind in which card performs better than what, or what manufacturer to lean towards. What are your recommendations? I have about a 150 - 200 dollar limit, don't want to spend more than that.
You should get the 5770 if you want DX11 or the 4890 if you want a little bit more power than the 5770.
5770: here, maybe?
4890: this one, probably.
I'm not too sure because I'm not that good at picking the manufacturer, but from what I heard, the 4890 or the 5770 are pretty good choices. Of course you can get the 5770 and overclock if you can.
4870 is extremely overpriced right now.

I would get the 5770 then just overclock. The 4890 only has a few FPS gain on the 5770. (Without OC.)
Is the 5770 worth it compared to the 8800 GTS?
My most major concern is to eliminate this stuttering issue I've been having.
Well the 5770 sure can beat the 8800GTS.
