I know a lot of people don't have a appreciation for bluegrass, but these guys have the pick of destiny or some shit.
Oh yea I forgot to mention the song name. Trampled By Turtles - Wait So Long
Bluegrass is awesome. This was nice, though I prefer the more religious bluegrass and gospelbluegrass.
I live in the appalachian mountains in North Carolina so bluegrass is our culture. I am pretty much forced to love it.
How about Robert Plant and Alison Krauss.

They are great but they are generic bluegrass.

If you guys like Bluegrass and comedy, you might like the movie "A Mighty Wind". It has the guys from This is Spinal Tap, Eugene Levy, and all the people from other Christopher Guest movies like Waiting for Guffman and Best in Show. Check it out.

They haven't blown up yet. In my opinion they are the best "Fastgrass" band out right now. They harmonize so well together.
I love the Avett Brothers for sure. "Murder in the City" was the first song I heard by them though.
That's one of there newer songs. They actually performed at our school when I was a sophmore which was 4 or 5 years ago. Man they had a kickdrum and he was kicking the shit out of it, it was like metal grass or some shit.
AHH that reminds me, here is a song you will love Ant1!

Mumford & Sons (more like English folk band) has a lead singer that sings, plays guitar, and plays kickdrum with two pedals. It's crazy. Yeah I definitely like that song though thanks buddy.
Sound's interesting I will look them up.
Yeah they aren't really bluegrass but they still have that acoustic vibe going.
Holy shit, that was awesome. I had no idea bluegrass was so...technical. :v:
I've never really listened to bluegrass but there's a bluegrass show on my radio station every week that I listen to sometimes. It's really relaxing and down to earth.
I like the song in the OP. OCMS is great too.

Can you recommend any other artists in the genre?
more country but it's a fine line. I'll just throw it out there incase someone likes it. The song picks up.
