I had a a quiet clicking noise coming from my laptop. I noticed it started a few moments ago. Never had this before. Restarted and it stopped.
Is my HD dieing or something? I'm just a bit worried. Is there any way to check? My laptop has not been slow or anything.
To check if your hard drive is failing do a chkdsk and look for any "bad sectors", but some clicking is really no big deal and you shouldn't be worried.
Also, use a tool like Speedfan or HDTune to check your S.M.A.R.T data.
