• Two issues: Firefox freezing plus youtube player

I decided to make one post opposed to making two separate ones. Issue 1: Firefox will randomly freeze at times. It usually happens when I've either closed a tab or I'm opening my bookmarks. Then Firefox will sit there unresponsive for about a minute to a minute and a half. It does this multiple times in a session. This started roughly when mozilla forced FF 4.x. I had no issues with 3.x. It's getting bad enough that I'm considering switching to a new browser. Issue 2: The pause/play/fullscreen bar on youtube videos doesn't work in either FF or IE. So I'm guessing that something needs updating on my computer, but I'm not exactly sure. All the plugin websites say that I'm up to date. Possibly something didn't update correctly. I'm not sure. Help with either of these issues would be appreciated.
Issue 2: Disable hardware acceleration in flash. And ensure you have flashed installed from Adobe. Issue 1: Could be a multitude of problems, the easiest of solutions is to use a different browser. Opera and Chrome are good alternatives.
