I want to get my tv on the other side of the room, and to do this I need like 12 feet of more cable, I was originally planning on just getting a generic Coax F - M connecter

But there is a converter that is hooked to the cable, it requires Kaku LNB. I'm not sure where to find a compatible wire, or if it'll even work, or if the general cable I was looking at would work. I'll take pictures if you guys want them.
Go ahead and take the pics. I don't know what a Kaku LNB is.
You don't need a special cable, normal coax will work as long as it's RG-6 (RG-59 is too thin).
[release]Just disconnect the old cable from the B-band converter [BBC], the gray dongle that hooks into the receiver (I hear it's kinda flimsy, don't kink or break the perma-attached cable or strip out the threads), and hook up the new cable, one end to the BBC and the other at the old cable end.
You may need a Female-Female splicer as most cables have all male ends.[/release]
And most if not all DirecTV satellite dishes have Ka/Ku LNBs. (Ka/Ku is a specific frequency range) LNB info is irrelevant in this case.
