In first and second grade he was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment and 5 of disqualification from public offices for tax fraud
Knowing that he was a criminal even since elementary school, who the hell decided to put him in office??
Knowing that he was a criminal even since elementary school, who the hell decided to put him in office??
He became a politician to save himself from all the crimes he had committed. The real question is: who the f*ck voted him for 20 years.

First you get convicted in "first grade" (actually called First Instance in legal terms) as a stepping stone, then you can appeal to get your case fully reviewed (second instance) and then you can ask the supreme court of your country to check the laws that were applied (but not which facts were accepted by the judges in first and second "grade") (also called Cassation, because they can only "break" the ruling of the lower judges (casser in French) and send the case to another Court of Appeals or whatever they're called in Italy) This has nothing to do with education :v:

Today is going to become a national holiday in Italy.
