Missing effects in Sony Vegas Pro 9.0

Ok so I'm missing alot of stock effects in sony vegas pro 9.0. In the video FX tab (this one:[IMG]http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/4796/unavngivets.png[/IMG] )

And its pretty annoying since I need the TV effect.
