In the second secret Wolfenstein level of Doom 2, you had to kill four hanging Keens to beat the level

On topic though, I already knew BJ & Keen were related, that's been lore for about as long as I remember. Keen being Doomguys dad is news tho. Pretty cool.

I knew all three were related but I assumed Doomguy was a bit further down the line. With Keen being born ~1982 (he's 8 in 1990's "Invasion of the Vorticons") that makes [I]Doom[/I] a lot less further in the future than I'd've imagined.

Considering the technological leaps in the newer Wolfenstein games, if they were to do a reboot/reimagining of Keen, it could technically make more sense.

How does this work with the new Doom lore where Doom guy is actually the Doom Slayer, a mythical badass that has been supposedly roaming around hell murdering demons for ages?
Is it actually the original Doom guy that has just been hanging around hell until many many years later when the new Doom happens?
