My youtube videos resets itself halfway through the video

Whenever I watch a video and it comes to halfway mark/ or one third of the video, it resets then replays itself from the beginning. This is annoying as shit. How do I fix this

When it replays, will it keep doing it over and over? Also does it do it in other browsers?

No, it doesn't do it again, it only does it once at the beginning of every video. It only happens on chrome, i reinstalled chrome still no fix
