technically the law states that you have to censor porn altogether, but it was vaguely written so everyone treats it like "as long as you make [I]an attempt[/I] to censor it's legal". That's why there's that running gag about the dumb tiny black bar 'covering just the tip' or whatever, you have to do [i]something[/i] to allow for publishing, making a profit off your work
