Alienware can I trust them.?

I was thinking of getting a m15x laptop from Alienware

but I hear some people been having hard time with it working doing some tasks or overheating and such I just want to know if I can trust these laptops to work

I heard alien wares actually have good cooling systems in their laptops if you customize your order.

They're not worth the fucking cost, and I've heard they use cheap-ass parts.
IMO the cases are fugly anyways.

Alienwares laptops aren't as over priced for what they offer, they were the first ones to offer SLI'd graphics and it was around $2000. For a laptop that's not bad.

If you want a good priced gaming laptop, just go for Sager or Asus, Asus' are cheaper, but Sagers are a lot more powerful, however slightly more expensive, still cheaper than Alienware though.

I guess for the hardware they are using but they still can't seem to grasp the concept that to make a laptop what it is, you need to use low power components. Not the best and most power consuming hardware on the market.

for a netbook yes, but IIRC they get 30-40 FPS on mid range games even at the tiny res it uses

and to do that you had to customise to over $1000

because you can't game on the Voodoo Envy and VoodooPC doesn't even exist anymore, it got bought by HP, and Falcon Northwest is just as bad if not worse than Alienware when it comes to overpricing. They're quality though.

uh, won't be doing much gaming on the VooDoo laptop. Falcon is pretty good, I know someone who owns one and he loves it.
