President Donald Trump has put the brakes on a regulation blocking coal mining debris from being dumped into nearby streams. Trump called the stream protection regulation a “job-killing rule” before he signed a measure to overturn it. Lawmakers from coal-mining states stood close by, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Republican-Kentucky), Senator Rand Paul (Republican-Kentucky), Senator Joe Manchin (Democrat-West Virginia) and Senator Shelley Moore Capito (Republican West Virginia). Several coal miners and energy company executives also attended the White House signing ceremony. Jesus what a terrible reasoning. Too bad they'll eat it up. Yes care about some little jobs instead of the environment. Fuck you.
Didn't he just ramble that he was going to protect the enviroment like..... yesterday?
thanks!
I am Limey, I speak for the rivers. And the rivers are telling you to fuck off
One of many reasons why that fuckwit and his cockroach buddies needs to be ousted from the office and out of business.
is America great again yet?
This is good for the environment guys My source:
If your industry needs to be deregulated to the point of destroying ecosystems in order to be competitive, it's a dead industry.
You should add this to the OP, explains in much detail why this happened. Vox
not dumping garbage into our streams and rivers is whats killing coal mining jobs
Ah, so that's how you make clean coal!
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Republican-Kentucky), Senator Rand Paul (Republican-Kentucky), Senator Joe Manchin (Democrat-West Virginia) and Senator Shelley Moore Capito (Republican West Virginia).
They all need to be thrown out
They all need to be thrown out
Nope this actually popular in "Former" Coal States.
Hey now, my papa was First Shoveler at the old plant. His whole team was tasked with dumping coal into the water to make a coal reef before this job-killing rule put them out of work. Another victory for America!!
Direct action I think needs to be done. Sabatoging machines and factories that do this. Embezzling from corporations who dont pay a fair wage. I think the times call for this sort of thing

I can't wait for Mitch McConnell to die and take the coal industry with him.
Say hello to the police.
Ehh, there nothing to prove. I'm harmless. I am saying since the powerful people in America have broken their side of the social contract, then the citizens have no obligation to uphold our part. Its there job to take care of others and our job to keep the peace. Since it no longer happening, then the common person is no longer obligated to act fairly in return. f you are in a position to throw a monkey wrench in the works, go for it. May it be by causing rumors to ruin a politician s career, or some ones stock to whatever things to make life more difficult without direct violence, I say go for it.
what the fuck jobs are there to be won in dumping debris into rivers instead of carrying that shit someplace safe?
Well I guess the same thing will happen. Judges and officials will overturn his decision, people will get fired, the media will blow it out of proportion, Donald Trump will host another solo press conference and shift the focus onto his mental health issues.
Jesus what a terrible reasoning. Too bad they'll eat it up. Yes care about some little jobs instead of the environment. Fuck you.
Plus caring about the enviroment would actually bring in jobs just as well. [editline]17th February 2017[/editline]
Direct action I think needs to be done. Vandalism will only piss off the general population. Put down the V for Vendetta and instead try to sway public opinion by talking and spreading knowledge.
This is good for the environment guys My source:
[1]I know it. [2]You know it. [3]Everybody knows it.
Uh no. Vandalism will only piss off the general population. Put down the V for Vendetta and instead try to sway public opinion by talking and spreading knowledge.
Yeah, I completely agree. I believe that vandalism will only hurt the cause you're fighting for rather than help it; it'll only demonize you in the eyes of the public.
Lawmakers from coal-mining states stood close by, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Republican-Kentucky), Senator Rand Paul (Republican-Kentucky), Senator Joe Manchin (Democrat-West Virginia) and Senator Shelley Moore Capito (Republican West Virginia).
All these high-ranking officials with titles like President and Senator, gather around cheering on the decision to shit where they eat
And West Virginia cheered. Go ahead and dump any other waste here while you're at it. The people here will cheer you on as long as they make a quick buck.
It annoys me because I bet some of them really do have the reasoning of "I'll be dead by the time it ruins anything so I don't care."
So could somebody explain to me how exactly this is supposed to be bringing back jobs to an industry that not only cannot compete with oil and gas for energy production but also hasn't had a surplus of easy, entry level, minimal qualification jobs since they started mechanizing, automating and generally advancing the task of mining some six decades ago?
why seriously what the fuck
Trump, friend of the workers! Now if you'll excuse me, I am going to allow companies to ruin your rivers. I wonder how they will somehow spin this one into a positive one too, Trump seems to be pushing on all fronts to see how far over the line he can go before... well... anything happens.
