I've seen some that are decent in price, but are no longer sold. One of the only monitors I can find left are BenQ, but how are they like?
S23A700D can sometimes be found cheap and is pretty good
Try the BenQ XL2410T it's 24" and one of the lowest around that I found a while back in a search.
The S23A700D would be the best for the price but unfortunately they're not common to be found. The next step up would really be the BenQ XL2420T. Despite the gaming marketing gimmick it's actually an amazing monitor with excellent colours (if you actually take the time to calibrate it thoroughly and correctly, otherwise preset colours are horrible).

It's funny because I could drive ten minutes and buy five S23A700D's right now, and order another eight online. I guess them being "not common" really depends on where you live.
I can actually find that monitor and I've been looking at it. It looks decent, and yes. They are cheap... For 120hz monitors.
Anyone who owns it or seen it who has any negative things to say? (Or positive)
