Upgrading CPU on my current computer

I'm upgrading my Intel Pentium(R) Dual Core to a AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition. I'm also getting a new motherboard too.

Make sure the motherboard supports DDR2.

If you can get a newer DDR3 motherboard with RAM, otherwise you are just fine.
