(CNN) -- When Guy Scott takes the reins in Zambia, he'll become the first white African President in sub-Saharan Africa since apartheid. Scott became vice president three years ago. His boss, President Michael Sata, died Tuesday while undergoing treatment for an unknown illness in London. Zambia's constitution requires fresh elections within 90 days. Until then, Scott, who is of Scottish descent, assumes interim presidency. It's unclear, however, whether he can run for President in the elections. The nation's constitution says a candidate's parents must have been born in Zambia; his were not.
http://www.cnn.com/2014/10/29/world/africa/zambia-white-president/index.html?hpt=wo_c2
alright let me see his birth certificate, how do we know he wasn't born in connecticut
alright let me see his birth certificate, how do we know he wasn't born in connecticut
He probably won't be president, as he is a second-generation Zambian. Unless there has been some new development since the BBC article I read was posted, only his children are eligible.
I sure hope he'll help take care of the big white-people problem we face. Like when you got too much dip for the amount of chips you have, but if you open another bag of chips, you got too much chips for your dip.
