Kind of a work in progress, but give me opinions please.

My personal opinion is that the name I gave it is really really clever.
Goddamn i forgot to change my avatar. Well it works I guess.
Sounds quite nice so far, except that the kick drum sounds to be way too loud and the vocals feel incredibly disconnected. It's hard to explain.
Yeah, the kick is a bit loud. Thanks.
It's not really mixed yet, I have barely touched to volume levels so far.
the kick and snare sounds too trancey to me to be justice

You should be mixing as you go
Sounds more like MSTRKRFT than Justice in my opinion.

What software are you using to make this by the way?
Sounds pretty cool, seems to need a bit more work, there's not much of a variety of sounds. It's kinda flat, but I like the style you have going thus far OP. Keep it up!
Maybe add more distortion on the synth and reduce the sidechain.
If you're sidechaining don't make fast patterns, because you might just as well mute the track.
The general idea sounds nice, but you really need to improve the mix. It's good man :buddy:

The sounds or the pattern? I mean, i thought I got the sounds down okay

Yeah, I usually do, but I'm shit at mixing, and I need time to do it. Besides, isn't the whole point of mixing to make the sounds work together?

Yeah, it kinda does, now that you mention it. I used Ableton Live. For the lead sound I used Strobe from DCAM synthsquad, with Ohmicide distortion. And a buttload of sidechaining.

Yeah, i agree. I have a bit of an organ going with what I'm working on right now, it's taking a deadmau5y direction. Also Thanks!

Replied while I was replying.
Thanks. Yeah I removed the sidechain at that point in the newer version. Oh and I suck at mixing, I barely understand compression ,where to apply eq and all that jazz.
Which VST package are you using?

Just read up some tutorials and you'll be fine.

I have. I have read quite a few. I mean eq and that is easy to understand as a concept, even though I can't quite grasp how to use it, but compression is just out of my reach. It plain hurts my brain for some reason.

No. Lower the volume on the kick or if you have too much sidechain.

The sound packet you use

Yeah but I like the clear kick, and more distortion kind of ruins the sound

Oh. Uh, I use the vengeance sound packs.
