Seth Killian socked in the face over Megaman Legends 3 - Polidicks

It all started as a rumor that Capcom's booth at comic-con was kicking people out who Cosplayed as Megaman Legends characters on /v/. The original post stated that someone [i]mentioned[/i] megaman and was almost thrown out, and a cosplayer as Tron Bonne was told to leave and be escorted elsewhere. A few people chimed in saying "oh yeah I think I heard about that" and people started getting mad at Capcom over it. ([url=http://i.imgur.com/pasxW.jpg]Source Image[/url]) A few moments later a angry mob was formed around them and the lead behind Marvel vs Capcom 3 Seth Killian was apparently attacked by a bunch of megaman fans and hit in the face over the rumor of people being kicked out over megaman. ([url=http://gamingirresponsibly.com/rumor-assault-at-comic-con-over-mega-man-legends]Source[/url]) A few minutes later Capcom posted on their twitter that they welcome everyone involved cosplayers or megaman fans alike and that the statements weren't true at all ([url=http://twitter.com/#!/Capcom_Unity/status/94115858040881152]Source[/url]) Various twitters though are still reporting that the mob hasn't quite disbanded and are still furious at them for whatever reasons, though I can't find a source on it.

I think the worst part about this isn't that someone got punched in the face over a video game. The worst part is that these people organized a mob out of anger after reading something on /v/.

If they were getting kicked out, I'd like to know why. I mean it says it's a rumor, but I'd still like to know what actually happened.

I remember seeing one mom of teenage parents equate the books to Shakespeare :v:. While Shakespeare did write some pretty raunchy jokes, and did write for $$$ and his audience, he was damn good at doing it too.

I really want Megaman Legends 3...they left us off at a cliff hanger in 2.

What? Why would you punch Seth Killian? He is one of the nicest and sincere people I have ever seen in the video game business. Fuck megaman, those fucking crazy fanboys should be ashamed of themselves. Now there is less of a chance of megaman ever coming back. Just pisses me off, after all S-Kill has done for the capcom and fighting game community.

Megaman Legends wasn't even a particularly good game, imo. I didn't even know they made a second one, let alone were making a third. Maybe I just don't pay enough attention to this kind of shit, but the hype for this game seems to have just jumped out of nowhere.
