Everytime I visit my website, it says
"Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ***"
This just started happening like 4 hours ago. Though, when I checked to see if it worked on my iPhones' 3G connection, it worked.
I've tried flushdns and opendns. Can anyone help?

Can you link your website?
nathansplace.co.cc
Did you try a different browser on your computer?
Yes, I've tried IE

I just visited my site again in IE, then clicked diagnose problems. The results of the troubleshooting were:
"Problems Found
website (nathansplace.co.cc) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts."
Is it a free host and do you have spybot? If so, check the hosts file and make sure your host isn't blocked.
Where is the hosts file and what's a spybot and how do you know your host isn't blocked?
Well, during school today I tried accessing my website, but it came up as an error on 000webhosts' end.
Some URL like "err.000webhost.com"
Now that I am home now I tried my website once more and it worked. My host never sent any emails or notifications of down times. Remember that I was able to access my site on my iPhone using a different network.
Can anyone explain this please?

Either google was no help or I just don't know how to search this correctly.
