I just assumed all those physical hardware issues (dock scratching, heat warping, etc) were flukes since they only made news for like two days.

I canceled my pre-order for this dock and just 3d printed my own, even smaller shell replacement for the official dock.

You can even buy shell replacements on Amazon for like $15. I'd only get this dock if I wanted a [I]second[/I] dock.
