Windows Server 2008 R2 - Previlage Issues - Can't uncheck read only

i got windows 2008 r2 on my server. Suddenly realized that, ALL the folders are Read-Only even new created ones. i tried to change attribute by cmd's "attrib" command, and GUI and didn't succeed. Can you guys please help?

you probably don't have full control over the folder. you can change that by going into the security tab after right clicking the folder and clicking properties.
