My dad's 1992 GeoMetro is burning valves and we dont know why

We have tried everything we can think of, but it keeps burning exhaust valves. any suggestions?

How many times have you had to pull the head off to fix this problem so far? With all those headgaskets, oil, and coolant.. not to mention a valve job every time, you could probably have just put in a new engine

No backpressure. Or shitty springs/retainers or something related in the head.

Excessive combustion temperatures generally burn valves. For an exhaust valve, you're looking at a total loss of backpressure, an EGR issue, or an extremely lean mixture on that cylinder.
