I recommend stocks and an associates of applied science in automation, CNC, or Robotics, all degrees that can be applied no matter where you go. I'm too poor to do both stocks and education at the same time so maybe you can achieve the ideal ratio.
Best case scenario you're working with Exxon or Koch Industries as a automation Engineer with a long leash due to the rarity of automation experts.
