Yeah I know about ebuyer, I just don't know what to look out for when I am choosing the parts.

Ehh, I wouldn't recomend buying either of those, you never what quality and brand the parts are.

You really should reconsider building one yourself, despite if you don't have any building experience it's really, really, really easy.
I was 10 when I built a computer for the first time. The good old 6000 days of nVidia.

GT 220 is a piece of crap, you won't be running anything on that. It's a desktop card not a gaming card.
