RTW bans all Reviews on APB for 10 days - Thoughts? - General

1, this belongs in games and 2, I think they're shit paranoid for bad reviews.

I hate MMO's getting reviewed on release to be honest, those reviews will be there forever and if the game gets 10x better in the first month then people will never know as the they look at the reviews and see a bad score.

They've got a lot of work to do if they want people to actually consider playing it.

Ban reviews. People are like "No bad reviews I might as well spend 50 dollars Then they get their shit fucked.

at first sight it looked pretty neat after playing it was shit a shame that such a great customization is in such a terrible game

I don't think it's as bad as you guys make out. If they fixed the combat system so people with worse guns actually had a chance, it'd be a good game. It's very fun to play with friends / with a clan as it is.

Not worth the £35 it will be at release. £20 at most.

To make this a good game, make it so the combat system is MUCH better, cars need a complete overhaul, and the matchmaking system needs to be much more friendly to new players.

If it had location based damage and more areas then I'd buy it.

I enjoyed it. The beta was godawful and really badly optimised and laggy and terrible graphics but then a few days later in Key to the City, it was suddenly actually really fun to play.

You guys don't quite understand. This [b]will[/b] stop a lot of reviews. Generally, a reviewer contacts the company and gets a free copy of the game. Now they can't do that. In addition, to those who actually BUY the game(unlikely), a few won't review it and follow the rules. That leaves only a FEW websites and they aren't going to be big websites because if they want to do business with that game company again, they need to follow the rules.
