• Help with laptop gaming

I just got the Acer Aspire 5532 laptop for playing some low-end games. Everything works fine and it runs really well, but I have one problem: I can't turn the camera while moving in FPS shooters. I don't actually have any non-FPS games at the moment, but I figured out the problem, and have no clue how to fix it. The problem is that the trackpad/touchpad/whatever is disabled when keys are held in. So when I'm holding W to move forward, I can't turn because the mouse is disabled. Does anyone know how to solve this issue without constantly having to attach a mouse? PS: Running Windows 7 Home Premium if that information is of any importance.
uhh make sure the look keys are bound to the mouse

Could you explain to me how to uninstall the Acer software associated with the trackpad? Apparently it worked for the guy in that thread. And what are you talking about JohnEdwards? [editline]09:38PM[/editline] Just got it working. I was fucking around in the acer menu and turned found a setting allowing interference by things other than just having a finger on the trackpad and set it to allow all interference. It works now, I think before it was detecting my finger while pressing W as something touching the trackpad while I was typing.
my suggestion would be to simply buy a computer mouse. i also have a laptop (funny though cause i never bring it anywhere, its just more convenient for me) anyways i don't really have your problem but i'm quite sure a mouse would solve your problem for the most part.
