ATi Catalyst Control Center manual fan control not working!

As the title says, my ATi CCC panel will not allow me to adjust fan speed. I unlocked it and turned on manual fan speed. I move the slider and click apply, but the settings are never applied to the card and its fan speed remains the same!

I have reinstalled ATi CCC already, so I don't know what else to do.

Same happens with me, but my card is taken over by ASUS SmartDoctor. So i must use SmartDoctor to adjust, not CCC.

Yeah, but my card is by HIS Tech and they have no such software.

Try using something like speedfan to change speed

Speedfan is only bad for reading temps. It can change fan speed fine

Formatted and fresh install of driers, but still bugging out on me.

Speedfan will not allow me to control the graphics card fan speed. Sadly.
