This is the second concept album, the first being The Ratings LP: [url]http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1084571?highlight=[/url]
which I feel has gone underrated, so please revisit that to hear the greatness again. This time it's a space concept. I felt the need to produce each track in order for all of them to pretty much sound similarly produced. I added layers and echoes and it's all a bit more spacey.

It has elements of electronic, experimental and ambient music. Also a few bits of techno and chiptune are thrown in for good measure. We also have some nice guitar work towards the end. As a whole I think it's more accomplished than the previous album, and therefore probably more enjoyable as a whole. Enjoy it.[/release]

welp i may have exaggerated a bit there, but either way, i still think that the cover art shouldn't have copied a logo that was already fairly easily recognizable from somewhere else. it just gives it this sort of, cheap feel to it that i can't quite explain. like if i were to make an album and make the cover art bear a slightly edited version of, say, gears of war's logo. it just feels wrong.
