It's a cafe racer, meaning it's been stripped down and hard to tell.
Although going by the tank and engine+exhaust, i'd say a triumph.
It's a stripped down cafe racer'd yamaha SR500.
Compare the engine to these other SR500s.

The trumpet exhaust made me think it was a triumph at first too.

this also requires a fair bit of money and the knowledge to be able to build it
