If this was a SyFy movie, one of those girls would get pregnant from it(maybe she happened to be doing cartwheels when he sprayed her) and the resulting hybrid monster human/animal baby would go on a rampage.
The only way to stop the carnage is by finding the semen sprayer, in order to spray the baby's mom again, so she can get close to the creature(he recognizes the smell of his daddy's sperm for some twisted reason). She can then kill the creature by chopping off his head with a sword while saying "I should have aborted you a long time ago!".
The movie ends with the local authorities announcing the escape of the sperm sprayer, setting the stage for the sequel.
