How do I find out where I can get this specific light bulb cover for a chandiler

Take the photo around to a bunch of light fitting stores and see if any of them recognise it from one of their catalogues.

It looks like a Philips E12 candelabra incandescent. Best to take the bulb out and look at the markings, it'll have the wattage and details on it, if that's no help take it to an electrical store they will help you.
