Air Canada itself is fine, but they sometimes charter planes from smaller companies that tend to suck.
Further evidence of why we need undergarments with a tube that runs down the leg and attaches to a small bag strapped around the ankle. Or for when you're outside and walking in the grass or what have you, you won't need the bag. My dad came up the idea, he becomes inventive when he has to pee.

Pee bags exist, used often with the disabled and elderly.
Air Canada is REALLY bad. I booked a trip through their website and two of the return tickets were "invalid" and refused at the airport.
When I called support you could tell it happened often because they hardly questioned me over it. Both times I was stuck in a random country and had to pay for expensive hotels which I still can't get Air Canada to compensate me for.

The most experience I've had with them is noticing that their flights cancel a thousand times more than westjet, when my girlfriend flew in during the winter storm of 2008 that trashed a lot of vancouver westjet flights were basically the only ones that landed, air canada just fucked off
You can say what you want about Air Canada, but they are one of the safest airlines in the world, and that matters a hell of a lot more to me than if a charter plane has a bathroom on it or not

Air travel is tremendously safe in any case, compared to other forms of travel. I'll stick to worrying about my bathrooms.
