Everyone except those who paid for Duke Nukem Forever, that is.
I thought the game was relatively enjoyable. Never finished it though, but I don't finish too many games.
Gearbox did what everyone wanted, duct-taped everything together to make a complete game and relieved everyone from the on-going 'hue hue still came out before Duke Nukem Forever' meme. Anyone who thought the game would be amazing was clearly delusional after knowing full-well about the development hell it suffered.

Weirdly enough the short single player DLC was also enjoyable. It also felt more cohesive.

I found DNF to be just the most generic lifeless boring uneventful singleplayer campaign in a long long long time. That and also probably the most offensively unfunny one too.
