• Computer Isn't Recognizing CD/DVD Drive for booting

So I'm tying to install windows 7 via CD, I pop in the CD and when I go to the boot menu It never recognizes the CD/DVD drive It looks like this showing the HDD as the primary boot but it's also the only option for booting Any suggestions?
First thing to check is the cables going to optical drive. If the cables are not loose, check the drive itself on different computer if it is actually functional. What does SATA information say about installed drives?
I fixed the issue, turns out the computer shop didn't actually hook the DVD drive to motherboard, fucking professionals there.
that is a nice bios
