Any good animes?

I'm looking to get into some animes. Please don't recommend anything with hundreds of episodes. i want to be able to get into it, and I'll be overwhelmed if there are too many episodes. Think miniseries, like Gunslinger Girl. What season is Hellsing Ultimate on? I've always been interested in that one, but i fear i'm too late to join in on it. I've watched Bleach, Gunslinger Girl, Highschool of the Dead, DeathNote, Black Butler, and a couple others. Im kinda new to the anime scene. Recommend any you can!:D
