What the hell is this dll and why doesnt it open

I have never seen this DLL before and it doesnt open. No other computer I have seen has it either, googling does nothing. The names in google suggest that this isnt supposed to be named that. Google correction thinks I mean for srsvc.dll

We've tryed getting it from other computers issued by the building but none of them have it.

I think I may be on to something, what if you got a virus that used a fake DLL, and made windows open it on startup, but anti-virus deleted it, so now the DLL won't run.

All you need to know is that is not a native windows file, and it's associated master is most likely malicious. Do a virus scan to find it's master.

run MSCONFIG and see if it's set to start when Windows starts.
If so, try disabling it there.

srovcs.dll is a rubbish DLL. it does lmost nothing.
it's a neglectable error. you can disable these errors:

go to cmd (as admin)and type this:

“regsvr32 /u srovcs.dll"
