I'm not if anyone is an expert at cutting up videos and audio, but I'm looking for someone who could cut out a part of the Dark Knight Rises trailer 2. I only need the audio from 1:29-1:37 with 44100Hz in WAV format.

You could download Audacity (which is free), use an importer for videos, download the video and cut out the audio yourself.
Unless someone else offers, I mean.
