With the option to purchase an actual Tron Light Cycle out of the question -- 'cause, they're in the computer -- we'll have to settle with the dream of owning a replica by Parker Brothers Choppers. The shop made 10 street-legal Light Cycle machines and one of the four remaining can be yours for the rez-onable price of $55,000. According to Autopia, the vehicle weighs 474 pounds, is over 100" long and 23" wide, with the rider lying 28.5" from the ground. Looks uncomfortable and awkward
That's cool, and is fairly reasonable but how fast does it go and whats its mileage?
I came a brick.
despite it looking cool I would never drive a vehicle that makes you sit like that.
and then everybody laughs at you for pulling up in that
55k for that thing?Sounds really cheap for a limited edition.
not to mention i can get a much better looking and performing bike for less than $30k of that price
How does it go around corners?
How does it go around corners?
That's a good question, there needs to be a better video.
That song on the video was more stupid than the bike, can't people write their own damn songs.
Must be a bitch to turn if you aren't really tall, or have long arms. Hopefully there'll be somewhat smaller versions made.
if it doesn't create solid walls of neon light behind you that other vehicles can crash into what's the fucking point
Needs adjustable neon light rimming. Or at least variations of blue, green, or red.
Reminds me of the super cycle in Tron 2.0 :downs: I know it is based off of the new movie, I was just comparing how that one looks similar to the super light cycle in 2.0.
That is beautiful. I want it.
don't care until there are solid walls of light trailing behind you
Annnnd it can't turn.
reminded me of: how the guy is laying on it
Things from movies never work/look right in real life.
Handlebar spread is way too big. Your arms will get tired very quickly. Also, it looks like the front wheel has some turning ability. Very little turning on motorcycles is done by twisting the front wheel. It's almost entirely done just by leaning...
I'll buy it if it can make 90 degree angle turns. :colbert:
Looks perfectly safe.
Looks perfectly safe.
About as safe as any other time you ride on the outside of your 400lb metal cage at highway speeds with millions of inattentive drivers rolling around in 4,000 pounds of steel not watching other traffic [editline]2nd December 2010[/editline] I like Magpul's motorcycle, the Ronin
That's the ugliest piece of shit I've ever seen.

I wanna see what it'll look like if you zoom past someone going 60.
That's cool, and is fairly reasonable but how fast does it go and whats its mileage?
this and that seat looks really really ugly and uncomfortable and awkward
I would love this bike only for night time, attach a lot of neon lights to it if the show room neon lights aren't standard, and BAM. Other times of day, it's just silly.
Needs more lights.
Needs more lights.
Needs more practicality.
