Chrome/FF/IE: "Connection Reset" on Garrysmod.com/org and garry.tv sites

AFAIK
It happens on all browsers. [Update]Aswell as all computers on the network[/Update]

I've Googled the issue and came across suggestions to disable my Antivirus/Firewall, Clear History/Cache, and permission changes to the cache. I've tried them all and none worked.

All the settings in my TCP/IPv4 Properties are on Automatic (except DNS, which I've changed to automatic which did nothing, now back at OpenDNS)
